Mr Wan is a seasoned global financial adviser spanning over 20 years of active career in investment banking and financial management mergers and acquisition. Mr. Wan advises private corporates on M&A and fund raising transactions and has varied, in-depth exposure and experience in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and fund-raising transactions in different industry sectors. Mr. Wan is also on the board of many international holdings and Member of CPA Australia Ltd. Mr. Wan received an undergraduate Bachelor of Commerce degree from Murdoch University in Western Australia. Mr. Wan also holds an MBA degree from The Imperial College Business School United Kingdom.

Prior to joining QI Capital Pte Ltd, Raden was a senior Investment Manager at HSBC Investment. Raden has been featured in publications such as: Kiplinger’s, Global Finance Magazine, and The European Financial Review Magazine. In addition, he has been interviewed on Bloomberg broadcast television. Raden graduated from the University of Reading England with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and also received a Masters in Management.
Tilo is a Director and leads QI Capital Pte Ltd High Risk investment activities and is the Chair of the Investment Review Committee. He has over 14 years’ experience in raising capital, equity offerings, and investment grade and high yield debt Placements, as well as leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions. Prior to QI Capital Pte Ltd, he was a Director at CI Capital, a subsidiary of Commercial International Bank, Egypt. Tilo started his career at Salomon Smith Barney before joining Dawson Herman Capital Management – a $3.5 billion hedge fund.
